Apakah makna sebenar ISO. Banyak orang yg berpendapat yg dia tahu makna ISO ..kebanyakkan org termasuk MR sendiri akan mengatakan ISO : Institute Standardization Organizations. Tapi yang sebenarnya according to En Malik aku nyer senior ISO : Institute of Organization for Standardizations.
Tapi lah bagi aku maksud sebenar ISO = ITU SUSAH ORANG !!!. Buktinya, semua key player kat plant nie tgh duk pulun nak siapkan report pasal ISO nie lah. Sepatutnya dgn ada ISO nie, the system will work for us…tapi yang berlaku adalah sebaliknya... we actually work for the system…dan seolah-olah system yg ada nie actually menyusahkan …betul ke?? Boleh bagi komen tak ??
Tapi kat mana-mana company pun aku rasa macam nie jugak...last minute time SIRIM nak mai audit, waktutu lah dok kelam kabut siapkan smeua benda.
Tapi aku ..he..hee...terselamat untuk di auditkan tahun sebab aku dah sempat cabuttt!!. Anyway aku nak ucapkan GOOD LUCK pada along untuk up coming sirim audit . Semua report aku pasal last internal audit dah siap, cuma nak buat follow up je tang corrective action... pass tuh boleh download lagu mp3 from internet.

Mana ada orang kerja untuk self satisfaction...satu test nak tahu tujuan sebenar kita kerja senang jer. Kita mintak kat HR kita tuh tak payah credit kan gaji dalam akaun kita..kita cakap kat dia kita kerja nie sebab kita memang sangat2 suka kat kerja kita ..tgk berapa lama bole tahan. Pass tuh hang mai kat aku cakap pasal self satisfaction OK. Bab tang kerana Allah swt..tak payah tunggu kerja company ...semua benda kita buat even tido pun niat kerana Allah swt... kerana pencipta kita yg Esa tuh.
Bab tang cabut tuh...hampehhh la ko, takkan aku nak balah lagi seminggu pun nak suruh aku buat kerja? Sekarang nie pun dtg hanya tunjuk muka utk punch card je. Lagi pun sapa suruh arrange date lewat sangat? Anyway aku nak bagi chance pada MR baru tuh untuk prove dia punya taichi level ke 11 ....untuk menepis soalan-soalan Sirim tuh..he..hee
